Offer them some examples of words that match the sounds, for example 'Aa for Apple' and elicit words from their store per letter sound.

When they have mastered the original letters, begin guide them 'word families'. These are generally words which have exactly the same sounds. Examples of word families include: at, an, ap and ag. As before, offer them examples and elicit words per.

Achieve More in Business with Self Improvement
Your day-to-day business activities include problem solving. All the same, if the problem or unforeseen situation continues, and you can't quite put your finger on what to do, it may be time to examine yourself and see if you are the problem.

Indeed, each one of us has issues in our lives where there is room for improvement. All the same, a person must be resolute when they decide to embark on a program of self-improvement. It might prove to be difficult for you, but it's essential that you honestly and realistically identify your shortcomings, non-resourceful behaviors and beliefs, and any area in which you are lacking, and admit that these things should be changed. Be that as it may, your goal for business success includes doing whatever actions it takes - morally and ethically - to turn your obstacles into goals and manifest your dreams.

Have you ever noticed if things must be perfect whenever you work on them? You never know where these things come from, and for some it started with fear of a parent if that child made some kind of mistake. If you are like this, then you understand the havoc that can be wreaked upon a business. Frequently, events in online marketing dictate producing a site based on many smaller decisions and getting to it right away. What you will see is procrastination when it comes to delivering on time. What can be done about the perfectionist behavior will depend on whether or not the person feels it is a problem.

A lot of people have the ostrich syndrome when it comes to recognizing and admitting to their true nature. This is more common than must people think. It's not a pleasant thing to think about some of our own behaviors that might not be well-received by others. Naturally, we prefer to simply tune out our own inappropriate actions. This is much easier than owning up to them. You won't solve the problem by ignoring it. Avoidance is never the solution. However, this is a pattern of thinking that is difficult to change. This may seem to fix the situation short-term; nevertheless, it hasn't gone away and will only be with you for a longer length of time if you don't address it. You must learn to identify the obstacles, state them, and turn them into goals. These types of blocks are common to a lot of people. Overcoming them will benefit you in the long run.

It is interesting that many negative attitudes, beliefs and behaviors that can impede business success also have the same effect in other areas of our lives. If you find that you are very hard on your self, then that is something to pay attention to. Just as another example, take a look at authors and other kinds of writing. Do not be surprised that the need to execute everything without mistake is often seen here, too. It is quite possible that parents who are overly critical of their children will cause them to become the same toward themselves. If you already understand and know you are too critical toward your self, then that is a good starting point. This is all about a process that will take time to become effective. This will take dedication, commitment and patience to make progress with. If you think you are the only one who can gain from some kind of self improvement plan, then you are mistaken for sure. Truthfully, most people are not willing to put in the hard work, but that should not dissuade your efforts, ever.
